This animation is a remake of an old 2D bit I did years ago, which I don’t have handy. I only had the vertical version of the walking animation because the horizontal one got corrupted and I don’t feel like re-rendering it right now. Maybe I will another day.
But yeah, it felt like a fun idea to have this strange hallway that has a section in the middle that flies by. Having a walking pov camera seemed like a fun add to the idea.
In the video, you’re staring down this sort of metal hallway. Whether it’s a factory or just the basement isn’t clear. There’s metal slabs across the floor and at the other side is a metal door with a sign above it which switches from saying Open or closed. It seems to change at random, and there’s one on either side, but when you’re standing next to one, it’ll never unlock. So you only have so much time to run to the other side to catch the other door which is unlocked. To make matters worse, the middle of the hallway splits off and flies by at an impossible speed in an impossible fashion. To make matters worse, the end of the hall you’re going to also seems to move. It’s a strange place. How do you escape?
